Nexthink®, the pioneer of End-User IT Analytics solutions, today announced that it has opened its new U.S. headquarters in the newly invigorated Downtown Crossing area of Boston, to accommodate its continued expansion in North America. Earlier this year, the company announced significant growth, as well as a new $40M investment of capital, led by Highland Europe.
Assisted by T3 Advisors, a prominent real estate services firm, Nexthink’s new 3500-square foot office complex is located at 99 Chauncy Street – in the heart of Boston’s emerging technology district. It houses the company’s expanding staff of business development, legal, sales and marketing teams.
“We are committed to expanding our presence in North America and the rest of the world, as we deliver on our promise to provide customers with the industry’s most comprehensive, real-time End-User IT Operations Analytics capabilities,” said Pedro Bados, CEO and Co-Founder of Nexthink. “We’re pleased to be joining a community of some of the world’s largest technology innovators in Downtown Crossing to accommodate our fast-paced growth, while providing our employees with a modern, collaborative and dynamic environment. This Boston location, filled with tech talent, enables us to fuel our continued expansion, and provides a centrally located hub for conducting business throughout our European offices and around the world.”
In 2015, Nexthink experienced record quarterly growth for the ninth consecutive year and annual growth of 50% – 157% in North America alone. Today the company has more than 700 customers worldwide, representing more than 2.4 million endpoints under management. Nexthink’s technology uniquely addresses the growing need of today’s IT departments to ensure a greater business end-user experience through real-time visibility of endpoint devices. The solution enables IT operations teams to proactively address problems that cause end-user disruption, while detecting security issues in seconds across thousands of computers.
Recently, Nexthink has received numerous industry awards, such as the “Innovation of the Year” award by ITAM Review, and the “Best Big Data Reporting & Analytics Solution” and “Best Endpoint Security Management Solution” as part of the 2016 SIIA CODiE Awards.
The Boston headquarters facility is the latest in a series of new offices that Nexthink has opened globally as part of its continued growth, including new regional facilities in Switzerland, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain and the Middle East (Dubai).
